Revive Jewelry

For this project we were asked to design either a retail app or a music app. I chose to create a retail application called Revive Jewelry, a sustainable and collaborative marketplace focused on thrifty jewelry and creative reuse.

Revive Jewelry is a mobile app that connects independent jewelry artists with buyers in an environmentally conscious online marketplace. The platform allows artists to sell handmade jewelry directly to customers while also listing surplus, secondhand, or reclaimed materials such as beads, metals and gemstones. This encourages sustainability by giving new life to old materials and reducing waste in the jewelry industry.

In addition to buying and selling products, the app promotes collaboration. Buyers can work directly with artists to design custom jewelry pieces, making the experience more personal and creative than traditional retail platforms. What’s even more is that the app allows for artists to post about live events they are hosting or showcasing their jewelry at that buyers can RSVP to and attend in person. By eliminating intermediaries, Revive Jewelry supports small businesses and allows artists to build direct relationships with their customers.
